Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for conducting and assisting in a variety of treasury‑related matters, including cash management, reporting, tracking liquidity, and supporting the company’s treasury operations. This is an ideal role for an analytically sharp, detail‑obsessed early‑career professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, tech‑enabled finance environment. This is a 5‑days per week, on‑site position in Manchester, NH.

• Process and review daily cash positions, including all inflows and outflows
• Maintain accurate records of bank accounts and treasury systems
• Initiate and monitor cash advances and deal funding activity
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Fund Accounting on cash flows, management fees, and reconciliations
• Distribute payments via ACH, wire, and check
• Monitor and reissue uncashed checks as needed
• Open and manage bank accounts in coordination with Legal
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation (SOPs)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of prior treasury or cash management experience
• Basic knowledge of principles and best practices of cash management and treasury functions
• Experience with banking platforms and their administrative functionality
• Extremely proficient with MS Office products
• Exposure to venture capital, private equity, mutual funds, or other investment‑focused industries
• Exposure to crypto currencies and an understanding of basic trading and functional considerations
