Senior Relationship Director – Asset- Lending; ABL & Invoice Finance

We have an exclusive mandate for an ABL relationship director who can be based in Manchester, London or Birmingham.

CRS are looking for an experienced senior relationship director to support the structuring of complex new business proposals and proactively manage a portfolio of Invoice Finance and Asset-Based Lending (ABL) customers. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising portfolio income, maintaining high levels of client service, and minimising attrition and impairment.

• New Business Structuring
  :
  Review and help structure large, complex client proposals within the ABL sector.
• Risk Management
  :
  Leverage strong credit skills and industry knowledge to identify risks and effectively manage that risk within the portfolio.
• Client Relationship Management
  :
  Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Portfolio Monitoring
  :
  Proactively monitor and assess client collateral, undertake regular risk assessments, and ensure compliance with governance and policies.
• Maximise Income
  :
  Identify and negotiate additional income opportunities to drive portfolio profitability while managing client retention.
• Team Development
  :
  Support the development of junior team members and assist with their growth in risk management and relationship building.

• Proven track record in structuring complex ABL deals.
• Strong experience in collateral monitoring and financial analysis.
• Thorough understanding of operational processes within ABL and risk management.
• Ability to effectively build relationships with both clients and internal teams.
