  • Perform post‑closing audits to verify document accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Review executed loan documents and identify/correct funding or documentation deficiencies
  • Prepare, stack, image, and deliver closed loan files to investors for purchase review.
  • Manage investor suspense items, purchase conditions, and exception requests.
  • Track and obtain trailing documents, including recorded mortgages, final title policies, and mortgage insurance documentation.
  • Administer MERS registrations, transfers, and related servicing requirements.
  • Monitor loan purchase pipelines to ensure timely investor acquisition and warehouse line paydowns.
  • Maintain accurate loan records within the Loan Origination System (LOS) and supporting platforms.
  • Support quality control reviews, audits, and regulatory examinations.
  • Ensure compliance with investor guidelines, agency requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with processing, underwriting, closing, and capital markets teams to ensure efficient loan delivery.
  • Assist with secondary market activities, including investor delivery and loan sale support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, settlement agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Meet funding, purchase, and post‑closing deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and service.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • 3+ years of residential mortgage operations experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of post‑closing, investor delivery, or secondary market experience.
  • Knowledge of mortgage funding, wire processing, and investor purchase requirements.
  • Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan products.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Calex Point or similar Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
