Location:

• Create great member experiences by delivering friendly, accurate service at the teller pod
• Process financial transactions with precision and strong cash-handling practices
• Answer questions and solve problems related to member accounts
• Spot opportunities to help members more by recommending products and services that fit their goals
• Start meaningful conversations— in person and occasionally through outbound calls—to build lasting relationships
• Support team and branch goals through referrals, deposit growth, and membership expansion
• Stay vigilant with fraud prevention and compliance, including BSA regulations

• Enjoy helping people and providing top-notch service
• Have strong communication and people skills
• Are detail-oriented and comfortable handling financial transactions
• Have experience with sales referrals or relationship building (financial services is a plus!)
• Are comfortable learning new technology and systems (Microsoft Office and banking software)
