** We're offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!
** We're looking for 2nd Shift Residential Instructors to join our team! Come find your purpose and make a difference in the lives of others.
As a Residential Instructor, you’ll work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities. Our clients range from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders.
You will work with clients conducting groups and recreational activities and helping them with their behavior plans.

* Qualifications:

** You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications:
* An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services
* Two years of experience working with children
* A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years
* Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older

Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
** Compensation:** $23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.
Sign-On Bonuses are paid out over your first 6 months.

** 2nd shift;
Wed 12-10:30pm, Thurs 130-10:30pm, Fri 1:30-10:30pm, Sat 8am-1030pm. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time, eligible employees, including:

* PTO begins accruing on your first day!
* Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
* 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%
* Tuition reimbursement after one year of employment
* Student loan repayment for qualifying degrees after one year of employment
* Wellness programs: nutritional counseling services, reimbursement programs for weight loss & tobacco cessation
