Easterseals NH is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of housekeeping tasks at our Headquarters office, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming accommodations for clients, visitors, staff, and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and floor care services throughout assigned areas to ensure guest-ready conditions and positive customer experiences.
- Maintain the inventory of necessary cleaning supplies, linens and guest items (towels, blankets, etc.), personal care items, etc. Partner with leadership and office staff for ordering needs.
- Respond to campus guest and visitor inquiries and requests in a courteous and timely manner, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain quality control standards to ensure compliance with state licensing and operating standards.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
- Follow all program/department, safety, sanitation, and equipment rules or policies.
- Report any safety and maintenance concerns to maintenance department.
- Report any cross-contamination issues to supervisor to initiate corrective measures.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and infection control procedures preferred
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations preferred
- Ability to work independently while adhering to policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
This is a full-time, 30 hour/week position. Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 10:00pm.
Compensation$15.00 hourly.
