Job Description
We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Direct Support Associates to join our Community‑Based Services team, supporting adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in our residential homes.
Hours & ScheduleWe offer a variety of full‑time and part‑time options, including 40, 30, and 24‑hour weekly schedules. What kind of hours work best for you? Apply today and let us know your availability!
Full‑time, 30 hrs/week
- Monday 3 pm – 9 pm
- Tuesday 3 pm – 9 pm
- Thursday 3 pm – 9 pm
- Saturday 7 am – 9 pm (double shift)
Part‑time, 20 hours/week
- Monday 9 am – 3 pm
- Saturday 7 am – 9 pm
Part‑time, 16 hours/week
- Thursday and Friday 8 am – 4 pm
$21 – $22.62 hourly
About the homesWe have two homes in Manchester, NH supporting several adults.

ResponsibilitiesThe Direct Support Associate will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal care and medication administration
- Assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support
- Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
- Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events
- Follow each individual’s care plan
- All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety
- Complete required daily documentation on a computer or tablet
- Other duties as needed or assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience providing direct support or direct care (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

- Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
