Outpatient Therapist - Hybrid Position

Join Northeast Family Services as an Outpatient Therapist in a hybrid role that combines in‑person therapy at our Lancaster, NH office with telehealth sessions. This position is ideal for therapists who are dedicated to serving children, families, and adults in a dynamic environment.

• Assess client needs and strengths, develop treatment plans, and provide diagnostic evaluation.
• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy in a hybrid environment.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, therapy sessions, and case management in accordance with accepted professional standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation—including diagnostic assessments, action plans, quarterly updates, progress notes, and required assessment tools.
• Ensure billing practices comply with contract requirements and meet agreed billable hour counts.
• Pass required background check.

• Master’s degree in mental health, social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related human services field.
• Eligibility for NH license as LICSW, LCMHC, or LMFT; active license preferred.
• Ability to maintain New Hampshire state professional license and complete required continuing education units for renewal.
• Strong organizational and clinical communication skills.
• Proficient computer literacy; comfortable with agency electronic medical record system.

• Fee for Service – $43–$50 per hour, depending on experience and education.
