Relient Health is seeking licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for full‑time, in‑person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across New Hampshire. These are full‑time, direct‑hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN). Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

• Licensed New Hampshire Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
• COTAs relocating to New Hampshire
• Recent graduates from accredited OTA programs pursuing New Hampshire licensure
• COTAs seeking experience in SNF, ALF, retirement communities, hospital‑based rehab, outpatient, pediatric, home health, or mixed‑setting rehabilitation roles

This role is specific to licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants practicing within a rehabilitation department. This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, therapy aide, or non‑licensed support role.

Competitive statewide COTA salary range: $28-34/hr (Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience.)

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Collaborate with OTs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
• Active New Hampshire
  
  COTA license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full‑time in one of the listed
