Job Description
We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to join the Training Center of Excellence at Easterseals NH & VT! In this newly created role, you will play a key part in delivering and monitoring training to ensure the adult services division remains compliant with all regulations and organizational policies.
- Deliver training relevant to the adult services program for internal and external audiences, both in-person and virtually.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to provide feedback on curriculum and collaborate to improve learning materials.
- Give and receive appropriate feedback with other members of the training team.
- Welcome new employees at orientation and deliver initial program orientation material.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the program by providing training at a variety of locations and times.
- Communicate professionally with a variety of stakeholders and audiences.
- Support employees and their managers to access and complete training as needed.
- Accurately report all training and assessment results.
- Maintain proficiency in all systems and tools used by the Training Team and Agency at large, including Workday.
- Ensure that all trainings are following safety protocols.
- Content area specialties include Job skills & Competencies Relevant to Direct Support Professionals, MOAB, CPR, Emergency Medical Records Systems, basic clinical concepts, basic Assistive Technology, Behavioral Supports, Client Rights, Person Centered Thinking, Healthcare Compliance & Confidentiality, Employment Supports, and other relevant domains.
- Coordinate the development and analysis of relevant data for continuous quality improvement purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three (3)- five (5) years’ experience conducting trainings
- Maintain certifications in courses such as Red Cross CPR, Mandt, MOAB and others as requested
- Ability to conduct physical interventions
- Knowledge of or experience in the human services field
- Knowledge of or experience in the direct care of adults with disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
$60,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience and education.
HoursMonday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
