* Job Description:

** Perform supervisory duties in the care, cleaning, and general housekeeping of Agency buildings and/or residences.
*
* Essential Responsibilities:

*** Recruit, supervise, coach, evaluate, and monitor assigned direct reports and ensure staff are following Agency/Department policies and procedures.
* Train housekeeping staff, as requested, in the use of cleaning solvents, chemicals and equipment so they can respond appropriately to cleaning/contamination issues as they arise.
* Maintain quality standards to ensure compliance with state licensing and operating standards.
* Perform housekeeping service work to meet specific performance obligations.
* Partner with Maintenance Manager to manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies.
* Report and initiate actions, immediately, to correct any noted cross-contamination issues or problems.
* Partner with Maintenance Manager(s) and staff to ensure quality housekeeping and maintenance of assigned facility(ies).
* Ensure proper maintenance and care of housekeeping equipment.
* Report safety and repair issues to property maintenance department.
* Communicate with contractors as requested.
* Attend staff meeting and in-service training as assigned.

* Qualifications:

*** High School education or GED
* Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience working in housekeeping or related field
* Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

* Hours:

** This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. Monday - Friday 1st shift
** Compensation:** $20.00 hourly.
