Description:
ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification is required for technicians.
A New Hampshire license must be in hand at the time of submission.
The unit consists of 3 labs with a patient ratio of 3/4 staff members per room.
Staffing includes unit secretaries and available techs.
The type of equipment used includes Siemens and Philips X-ray systems, EP Claris Recording System and Stimulator, Carto, Rhythmia, and Ensite Mapping Systems, RF and PFA ablation technology.
Documentation is managed through the EP Claris Nurse Scribe system.
Scheduling requirements include 4 ten-hour days from 07:00 to 17:30.
There are no weekends or major holidays required, and no call duties.
Staff may be assigned to stay late for cases that run past 17:30.
There is no floating policy in place.
Patient experience requirements focus on delivering high-quality care.
Procedures performed include pacemaker implants, implantable cardio-defibrillator implants, leadless pacemaker implants, SICD implants, Bi Ventricular pacemaker/ICD implants, electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations, TEE/CVSN, laser lead extractions, and left atrial appendage closure implants.
Staff must adhere to a dress code of OR scrubs, with restrictions on shoes worn outside the facility without covers.
Unit-specific policies and guidelines should be provided.
This unit presents an opportunity to work with new equipment and technology, alongside a team with rich experience and tenure.
