FRONT DESK GUEST SERVICE AGENT – FULL TIME

• Provide outstanding service to our guests
• Demonstrate a passion for guest hospitality
• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
• Professionally answer all guest questions
• Previous hotel guest service experience preferred

• The pay is $17.50 per hour
• Earn more money with incentives for perfect attendance, covering shifts, and quarterly bonus potential
• Exceptional benefits, including a wide array of medical plans and two dental plans

• We pay weekly — every Friday

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Ability to solve problems when they arise
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Pleasant and helpful personality
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving around the hotel
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people
• An outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

$17.50 per hour
