You Will Have An Opportunity To Do
FRONT DESK GUEST SERVICE AGENT – FULL TIME
Job Responsibilities- Provide outstanding service to our guests
- Demonstrate a passion for guest hospitality
- Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Professionally answer all guest questions
- Previous hotel guest service experience preferred
- The pay is $17.50 per hour
- Earn more money with incentives for perfect attendance, covering shifts, and quarterly bonus potential
- Exceptional benefits, including a wide array of medical plans and two dental plans
- Part-time benefits such as 401k with company match, travel benefits at Hilton hotels, free parking, quarterly bonuses, free meals during shifts, and monthly employee CARE Rallies
- We pay weekly — every Friday

- At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Ability to solve problems when they arise
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Pleasant and helpful personality
- Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving around the hotel
- A strong desire to make an impact on other people
- An outgoing and engaging personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
$17.50 per hour
