Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, ensuring complete and accurate information.;
Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, including VIPS, repeat guests, all packages, and any special requests.;
Review arrivals noting special requests and blocking rooms as needed.;
Open, secure, and balance daily shift bank; counting and verifying cash, check, and credit card transactions.
