  • Review administered reports daily, such as in-house rooming list, arrivals and departures. Receive daily room assignments.
  • Provide evening turndown service by refreshing guest rooms, turning down beds, dimming lights, and creating a warm, welcoming nighttime ambiance
  • Replenish amenities such as towels, water, toiletries, and in-room refreshments
  • Remove trash, tidy the room, and ensure all areas meet resort cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Deliver special requests promptly (extra linens, pillows, blankets, etc.)
  • Leave personalized touches aligned with the resort’s historic charm (e.g., local chocolates, notes, or heritage-inspired details)
  • Inspect room functionality (lighting, temperature, fixtures) and report maintenance concerns
  • Maintain guest privacy and security while providing discreet, professional service
  • At times, replace guest linens as requested
  • Replenish guest amenities and mini bar items. Report any mini bar usage to Front Desk.
  • Wipe down and sanitize all surfaces appropriately using the assigned chemical agents.
  • Take responsibility for final room check, ensuring it is impeccably maintained and ready for guest.
  • Greet and be hospitable with guests as interacted with. Handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • At times, perform laundry services as required.
  • Communicate any lost and found items to front desk. Report immediately and turn over for secure proper storage.
  • Restock carts and housekeeping closets after use.
  • Assist in the cleanliness of all other public spaces and employee areas as assigned.
  • Check the condition of all paper products, water bottles, shower items, and glassware in guest rooms for replacement.
  • Make and undo cots/air mattresses, place in appropriate storage, deliver to rooms when necessary.
  • Return all dishes, glassware and ice buckets to dish station.
  • Verify all items in the room are in good working condition.
  • Adhere to all key control security procedures.
  • Clean and organize the housekeeping area at the end of each shift, respectfully setting up the next shift for success.
  • Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Assist in training new staff as requested.
