- Support daily golf operations, including managing tee times, guest check-in, and pace of play
- Assist with tournament and outing setup, scoring, and event coordination
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to resort guests and members in alignment with luxury hospitality standards
- Operate the golf shop point-of-sale system and assist with merchandising and inventory organization
- Help maintain practice facilities, staging areas, and overall presentation of the golf operation
- Coordinate with outside services staff to ensure seamless cart staging, bag handling, and guest arrivals
- Communicate course conditions, policies, and resort offerings clearly and professional
- Promote golf programs, lessons, and resort amenities to enhance the overall guest experience

Compensation
This is an hourly position with the opportunity for full-time seasonal hours and a starting wage range of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. Potential season dates April 1 – November 15.
Employee housing available. Uniform, meals, and unrestricted free golf rounds are all included. Plus, enjoy Superintendent golf outings with career development and potential for long-term employment.
Final compensation package offer is subject to change based on a variety of complex factors unique to each candidate including experience, education, skill set, and applicable certifications.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- For interns, must be currently enrolled or recently graduated from a turfgrass, horticulture, or related program.
- Fundamental knowledge of PGA rules and the game of golf
- Prior experience working on a golf course a plus, but not required
- Successful completion of satisfactory background check
- Demonstrates natural leadership qualities with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Available and willing to work flexible hours based on business needs including weekdays and weekends.
- Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Expresses sincere enthusiasm for the role and passion for golf
- Must know how to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion. Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and stay focused while maintaining hospitality.
