Our associates work in hotels, resorts, hospitals, medical centers, senior living communities, parking garages, and indoor or outdoor parking facilities. Schedules may include mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and special events.

Whether parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, or supporting guests, patients, and visitors, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service. This posting represents multiple Hospitality Associate – Driver opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles
- Create positive first and last impressions
- Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality
- Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, way finding, and service-related needs
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
- Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and calm in fast paced environments
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Able to work evenings and/or weekends
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)
Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $XXX–$XXX per hour.
