Acquire the people talent needed to fulfill the Genesis mission of providing compassionate, high‑quality health care as a recruiter.

• Conduct full life‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned openings.
• Grow candidate pipelines for assigned positions.
• Establish favorable working relationship with hiring managers providing regular updates.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing excellent customer service.
• Manage assigned requisitions to meet key talent acquisition performance indicators.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, health care, or a related field is required.
• Must have at least one or more years of experience in recruiting and a proven track record of positive results and demonstrated competence with recruiting techniques.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
