• Reporting to the Field Service Manager
  , the Field Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting customer equipment, including installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of Videojet devices located at our customer sites. This role requires building strong, trusted relationships with customers and providing expert guidance to address their needs.
• In this role, a typical day will include providing ongoing care and support for our customer’s equipment, installing our products and solutions at customer locations, diagnosing and resolving challenges, becoming a trusted advisor to develop excellent customer relationships, and extending our Videojet footprint in the market by promoting service agreements and newer technology.

This position will be located in Manchester NH or surrounding areas (within a 100 mile radius).

• Provide ongoing care and support for our customer’s equipment.

• Technical Agility - Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Computer Hardware and Software; having the desire to work with best-in-class technology and learn new skills.
• Technical Degree preferred and/or relevant military training; other backgrounds welcome to apply with relevant work history.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. The compensation range for this role is $28.00 - $30.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
