Alexander Technology Group is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our client’s IT team. This role requires a candidate who can hit the ground running and provide immediate impact. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities- Lead imaging and deployment projects.
- Provide hands‑on desktop support for hardware, software (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.), and peripherals.
- Administer Windows 11 systems and Active Directory accounts.
- Support moves, upgrades, and IT project work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- 3+ years of desktop support experience.
- Expertise in Windows 11, Active Directory, and device imaging/deployment.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Ability to work onsite and support end users effectively.
Note:
This position is onsite and only candidates currently living in New Hampshire or Massachusetts will be considered at this time. Candidates must have reliable, personal transportation.
Pay Range: $28-35/hr
