UX Designer

Moore DM Group is searching for a Mid-Level UX Designer to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design web applications used by non‑profit organizations.

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on web applications.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and experience with wire framing, prototyping, and mockups.
• Familiarity with Angular and .NET web applications (PrimeNG a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• User research and usability testing experience.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Design web data entry and dashboard applications.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Stay up‑to‑date on UX/UI design trends and best practices.
