This role can be based Onsite in Inverness OR Manchester 5 days per week

As part of the Identity Access Management Team, you will be supporting the delivery of IAM services to ensure the right people (or systems) have the right access to the right resources at the right time, and for the right reasons. It typically covers:

Identity lifecycle management – creating, modifying, and removing user accounts

Authentication – verifying who someone is (e.g., passwords, MFA, certificates)
Authorization – controlling what users are allowed to access

Governance & auditing – tracking access and ensuring compliance

Your skills and experience

Hybrid IAM Environment Service Leadership experience

Deep expertise across IAM domains – IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM & PKIAdditional desirable skills and experience

Hands-on experience in supporting On-Prem IAM tools like Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Active Directory.

Hands-on experience in supporting Cloud IAM tools like Microsoft Entra  Okta.

Hands-on experience in supporting PAM tools like Beyond Trust.

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
