The AI Associate role is designed for a resourceful, tech-forward individual who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, strategy, and artificial intelligence.
AI Associates work closely with leaders and teams across the company, applying advanced AI tools to reimagine workflows, support decision-making, and accelerate execution. The scope of work is dynamic—spanning projects in operations, people, finance, legal, investments, and beyond. You'll play a critical role in designing, piloting, and scaling AI-driven solutions that transform how our teams work and accelerate the way we operate as a company.
This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the organization while developing deep expertise in the practical application of generative AI in a professional environment.
What You'll Do- Executive & Team Support
- Partner closely with leaders on high-priority projects, meetings, and strategic initiatives.
- Draft communications, synthesize insights, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- AI Workflow Design & Execution
- Build, test, and refine AI-driven workflows, prompt libraries, and toolkits to meet evolving team needs.
- Pilot and evaluate emerging AI platforms and tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and others) to enhance productivity.
- Leverage automation platforms and APIs to integrate AI solutions into existing systems where appropriate.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with multiple departments to identify and implement scalable, AI-enhanced processes.
- Translate strategic objectives into operational workflows that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Capture and standardize best practices to create repeatable models that can be shared across teams.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Act as an internal champion for AI adoption, helping colleagues build confidence in leveraging new tools.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend technologies and approaches that expand organizational capabilities.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, iteration, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong scripting skills (Python preferred) and familiarity with APIs and automation platforms.
- Experience with Gen-AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) and fluency in prompt design and deployment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to simplify the complex and craft crisp, professional outputs. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action — skilled at testing and refining new ideas, iterating quickly, and scaling what works.
