We're seeking a banking technology professional with hands-on experience supporting and administering the Fiserv DNA core banking platform.
Key Responsibilities- Managing DNA configuration, security, user access, and system performance
- Supporting system upgrades, patches, and integrations
- Troubleshooting complex issues and serving as the primary escalation point
- Developing reports, queries, and data extracts using SQL and DNA Publisher
- Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to improve business processes and technology solutions
- Participating in core banking projects and on‑call support
- 2+ years of Fiserv DNA administration experience
- Experience with DNA Admin, Client
360, DNA Extranet, and DNA App Store - Strong knowledge of banking operations, SQL, Oracle, and system integrations
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and project collaboration skills
