Granite State Victory is hiring a Deputy Data Director. New Hampshire is a critical state in 2026 on all levels of the ballot - join us to elect Chris Pappas, take back the governorship, and regain state legislative majorities in next year's elections, as well as build lasting democratic infrastructure.

The Deputy Data Director will oversee staff, support cross-department collaboration, and ensure high-quality, actionable data is available for leadership and field teams. This position will report to the Data Director and is based in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Data Director in designing and implementing the campaign's statewide data program, including analytics, reporting, and targeting
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting voter trends or patterns in order to precisely target voters
• Build scheduled, interactive reports and tools for the Granite State Victory team in line with key programmatic priorities
• Maintain data standards to ensure data capture and hygiene
• Develop and administer VAN/Vote builder training materials to the Organizing Team in statewide, small group, and one-on-one settings
• Respond to data support requests and flags
• Manage 1-2 data fellows or interns, providing coaching, feedback, and fostering an inclusive and accountable team culture
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Data Director

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ cycles of data or analytics work in an electoral campaign or equivalent experience working in a data or technical role
• Knowledge of programming languages and software, including but not limited to any of the following: SQL, Python, R, Google Sheets, dbt, Looker Studio, and/or Hex
• Proficiency with Vote builder/VAN
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills; with the ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical audiences
• Excellent personal organization with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to ask questions, receive constructive feedback, and grow as a professional
• Commitment to equity and inclusion in working with staff and other stakeholders
• Access to a vehicle and a cell phone
• Ability and willingness to work long and irregular hours in a campaign environment
