Project Manager – Epicor P21 Implementations (On site 5 days a week in Londonberry, NH)
Our client, a rapidly growing organization undergoing significant digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Epicor P21 implementation, upgrade, and optimization initiatives. This role is responsible for driving project delivery, aligning cross‑functional teams, and ensuring that Epicor P21 capabilities support operational excellence across the business.
This position is remote with approximately 25% travel to client or company sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end project management for Epicor P21 implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and communication strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering—to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Oversee functional work streams related to Planning & Scheduling, Engineering, and Manufacturing/Production processes.
- Ensure effective requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and change management activities.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and elevate risks as needed to maintain project momentum.
- Drive user adoption through structured communication, training coordination, and post‑go‑live support planning.
- Maintain documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading ERP or large‑scale technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of Epicor P21 or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Operations‑focused modules such as Planning/Scheduling and Engineering.
- Experience coordinating BAQ development or reporting work streams.
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to go on site
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Exposure to MES, Advanced Planning, or Quality modules.
- Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and reporting tools.
- High user adoption and improved operational efficiency.
- Strong relationships with business stakeholders and project teams.
- Clear, consistent communication and effective risk management.
- Measurable improvements in system utilization and process performance.
