ECommerce Marketing Executive

Culligan are looking for an ecommerce / content marketing executive to support the day‑to‑day management, optimisation, and development of our digital estate across multiple websites.

This role will focus on:

• Improving performance and conversion on  (our primary site)
• Supporting the build, setup, and growth of 2–3 additional supporting sites

You’ll work closely with the eCommerce Manager to deliver landing pages, maintain site content, and support CRO, SEO, and reporting initiatives. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone comfortable both optimising existing experiences and building from scratch.

• Help manage and maintain 3–4 websites, including  and supporting sites
• Build and launch landing pages, new sections, and content across sites
• Ensure consistency in UX, structure, and content quality
• Manage product listings, categories, and on‑site content within the CMS
• Conduct regular audits to identify issues, gaps, and optimisation opportunities

• Support conversion optimisation on  and key journeys
• Assist with A/B testing (setup, QA, and monitoring)
• Implement on‑page SEO improvements (metadata, content structure, internal linking)
• Apply UX and best practice to improve performance across all sites

• Help monitor performance across all sites (traffic, engagement, conversion)
• Support GA4 tracking, funnel analysis, and reporting
• Help build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards
• Identify performance issues and recommend actions

• QA site updates before and after release
• Support tracking validation (GA4 / GTM)
• Identify and elevate bugs or journey issues
• Maintain documentation/change logs
