A well-established and growing law firm in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, advocate for injured clients, and work in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution or trial
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations
- Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court as needed
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in New Hampshire (or ability to waive in)
- 2+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, research, and writing skills
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
