Third-Party Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee Third‑Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse execution and drive process improvement opportunities through lean manufacturing concepts and principles.
• Serve as key liaison between 3PL and Raytheon factory and program offices.
• Lead highly complex 3PL outbound customer deliveries.
• Oversee 3PL compliance to contract requirements.
• Coordinate and manage outbound customer orders and ensure contractual obligations are met.

• University degree or equivalent experience, minimum five (5) years relevant experience or advanced degree with minimum three (3) years experience.
• Experience working within a factory, warehouse or 3PL environment.
• Leadership or management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance – U.S. citizenship required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analytics, SAP/WMS/ERP knowledge, logistics domestic/international shipping experience.
• DFAR/ITAR/DD‑250/AS9100, WAAF/PIEE/SIR experience; familiarity with aerospace and defense industry.
• Demonstrated organizational skills in a high‑paced, complex environment with multiple competing internal and external customers.
