Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships;
Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery specialists;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained; vehicle inspections completed; daily mileages entered into fleet management devices;
Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store; ensure returns are picked up and credited in a timely manner;
Assist on front counter and retail counter; help with backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock); assist with customer labor claims processing
