Entry Level Field Service Technician

Are you ready to launch your career in Hot Tub and water care services? Mainely Tubs, New England’s leading hot tub dealership, is looking for motivated, customer-service oriented individuals to join our amazing team of water care and service technicians.
We provide all the training! We also provide you with a Company vehicle, and on most days you will be dispatched directly from your home to your first customer. Work orders will be assigned and updated through a company provided iPhone, using the latest software in our industry.

• Water Chemistry Mastery: Service and maintain water chemistry in hot tubs and swim spas at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance.
• Customer Connection: Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, discussing additional services and providing pricing.
• Contract Caretaker: Provide water care service to our maintenance contract customers at their homes, ensuring their aquatic havens remain a source of relaxation.
• Educate and Elevate: Educate customers on proper water care practices. Share your knowledge and passion for aquatic wellness.
• Winterization Specialist: Execute winterization processes to safeguard hot tubs and spas during colder months, ensuring year-round customer satisfaction.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Technical proficiency with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience is desirable, particularly for Mid-Level Technician applicants.
• Road-Ready: Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license to ensure safe transportation of equipment.
• Strength and Stamina: Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs, loading and unloading from the company vehicle to hot tubs, sometimes covering distance on foot.
• Weather-Ready: From sunny days to snowy landscapes, work comfortably independently in all weather and climate conditions to ensure our customers’ aquatic experiences are consistently exceptional.
