Warehouse Supervisor — Lead Team

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of our warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team.

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations—including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Maintain accurate inventory through smart organization, regular cycle counts, and clear documentation.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring safety, speed, and accuracy.

• Train new team members and promote a strong safety-first culture.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification a plus—we can help if needed).

• Work closely with purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to solve problems and exceed customer expectations.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for continuous improvement.

• 3+ years of experience supervising a warehouse team—ideally in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or building supplies.

• Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re the kind of person who leads by example.

• Experience using warehouse software and Microsoft Office (WMS experience a plus).

• A forklift license or willingness to get certified.

• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
