This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with small components, following clear instructions, and learning new skills in a clean, organized production environment

Work Environment: Seated Position or Standing
Key Responsibilities:- Perform electronic testing
, including resistor testing and digital bridge readings - Assemble, inspect, and handle small components with accuracy
- Follow detailed production travelers and work instructions
- Set up and maintain workstations and testing equipment
- Record test results and production data accurately
- Submit parts for in‑process quality checks
- Repair or rework components based on testing findings
- Maintain high attention to detail in a seated position
- Follow all safety rules and ISO quality procedures
- Cross‑train to support different areas of the production team
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort working with small electronic parts
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Willingness to learn electronic testing procedures
- Positive attitude and reliability
