Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Oven Attendant to support bakery production by monitoring products through the baking process and ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met. This role is responsible for maintaining proper oven operation and following food safety and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor products throughout the baking process.
• Load and unload trays and racks as needed.
• Verify product quality, appearance, and bake consistency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues or product concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:
Indoor food manufacturing facility with exposure to heat, machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Overtime may be available.
