Manufacturing Assembly Operator

Job Description:

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Manufacturing Assembly Operator candidates in the Manchester, NH area. Manufacturing Assembly Operators are responsible for performing manufacturing and assembly-related tasks while following work instructions, technical drawings, quality procedures, and safety requirements. Successful candidates will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while meeting production and quality standards.

Manchester, New Hampshire

• Follow work instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform assigned tasks accurately nd efficiently.
• Perform manufacturing, assembly, and production-related tasks while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and production documentation with training and guidance as needed.
• Maintain quality standards and complete required production documentation accurately and timely.
• Utilize basic computer systems to access work instructions and record completed work activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production goals and operational success.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on manufacturing and assembly work.
• High-energy, results-oriented, and self-motivated work ethic.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations.
• Two to five years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working from work orders, SOPs, and quality standards preferred.
• Electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures preferred.
• Familiarity with J-STD-001, JESD 625 (JEDEC), AS9100, or ISO quality standards is a plus, but not required.

• Entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
