Manufacturing Spectrum Marketing is seeking a Full or Part Time 2nd shift Bindery Operator. This position is responsible for set up and operation of Finishing equipment to customer-supplied specifications.
We are looking for:
- Folding and Cutting experience
- Saddle Stitching experience
- Mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Good verbal and written comprehension skills
- Must be able to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
Other Requirements;
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend and lift continuously, performing repetitious tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Fine motor skills for manipulation of raw materials, product and operation of machinery
