Back Assistant Plant Manager
Product Manager Perm 65000 Sep 10, 2026 $ 65000.00 - $75000.00
Location: Manchester, NH
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM to8:00 PM (Four 10 hour days)
We are seeking a hands on, bilingual Assistant Plant Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role will work closely with plant leadership to ensure efficient workflow, maintain productivity, support employees, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily workflow and staffing ]
- Manage and direct employees
- Partner with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve operational issues.
- Coach and develop team leads and production staff while promoting accountability and engagement.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, production, industrial, or similar high environments.
- Experience leading teams and managing employee performance.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze production metrics and make data driven decisions.
