Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in making that happen—with energy, focus, and a can-do spirit. You’ll be the go‑to partner for multiple accounts across banking, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and more. What that really means is you’ll keep projects running like a well‑oiled machine, bring smart ideas to the table, and make sure our clients are impressed at every step.

You’ll collaborate with our strategy, creative, development, and digital teams to bring work to life—and keep it moving. You’ll build strong relationships, think ahead, and help shape the kind of work wedü is known for: strategic, creative, and built to perform.

• Be the day‑to‑day contact for your clients, managing projects and relationships with confidence and care.
• Translate client goals into clear strategies, deliverables, and timelines—and keep them moving.
• Collaborate with internal teams across creative, strategy, development, digital, and media to ensure work is aligned on brief and on time.
• Monitor budgets, scopes, and timelines
• Anticipate challenges before they become problems.
• Participate in client meetings, creative reviews, and presentations—adding clarity and strategic perspective.
• Support business development by providing insights, contributing to proposals, and helping shape scopes of work.
• Review and refine deliverables before they reach the client to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Mentor and support junior account team staff, sharing best practices and strengthening our client service discipline.
• Celebrate wins, learn from misses, and always look for the next opportunity to make the work stronger.

• 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency
• A strong understanding of brand, digital, and integrated campaign work
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool (or your sense of humor)
• Comfort managing budgets and scopes
• Confidence leading conversations with clients and internal teams alike
• A proactive mindset—you take initiative, stay curious, and make things happen

This is a full time, hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in our Manchester, NH office.
