$15,000 Bonus eligible!!! In addition to standard differential pay, you are entitled to a 10% premium differential for all hours worked during orientation. Upon successful completion of orientation, your premium differential rate will increase to 40%.
Who We AreAs a nurse at Elliot Hospital, you have many options to practice throughout our 296-bed acute care facility. The RN Float Team provides care across all inpatient nursing departments for adult and pediatric patients. Our state-of-the-art units provide a wide array of equipment, and patient acuity depends on a nurse’s professional interests, certifications, and experience level.
About The JobThe RN Float Team Registered Nurse delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families. Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model, ANA’s Social Policy Statement, Scope and Standards of Practice, Nursing Code of Ethics, and relevant specialty standards of practice.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Current New Hampshire, Compact, or Multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required.
- Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.
