Minimum 1-2 years preferred in home health; will accept med-surge, nursing home, or facility experience.

Valid state license required.

BCLS required.
Must-Have:
Phlebotomy skills required. Epic charting experience required.
Description:
This position involves providing care to patients in their homes.
Nurses will be responsible for general nursing tasks, including wound care, managing ostomies, and caring for patients with indwelling catheters.
Patient diagnoses include medical and surgical issues such as CVA, cancer, edema, sepsis, COPD, and CHF.
The average daily patient census is 415, focusing on adults and geriatrics.
Candidates must possess phlebotomy skills.
Our nurses work collaboratively with IV teams, physical therapy, social services, and phlebotomy teams.
A skills checklist will be completed during the onboarding process.
Travelers must own a vehicle for commuting to patient homes.
Weekend shifts may be required as necessary.
References are required for submission.
Travelers who have been former employees of this facility are not eligible for this position.
