• Role: Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) / Emergency Department RN
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts) — Night shift ER RN
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1910–$2010/week (based on experience and qualifications)

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• On-Site Only: Must work on-site at facility

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required — ED nurse, trauma nurse, cardiac/critical care experience preferred
• Active New Hampshire RN license (required at submission)
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Strong adaptability, critical thinking, and assessment skills for emergency department nursing
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities working with multidisciplinary ED teams
• Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in high-acuity emergency department settings
• Comfortable with EMR systems (Sunrise / Allscripts experience preferred)

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients with multiple comorbidities, including trauma, stroke, cardiac events, DKA, sepsis, and psychiatric emergencies
• Perform emergency procedures: trauma care, stroke assessments, laceration repair, orthopedic trauma care, U/S-guided IV insertion, IO insertion, eye exams, EKGs, and cardiopulmonary support
• Act as an ED RN within a multidisciplinary team (RNs, ED Techs, Respiratory Therapists) in a department with 25 procedure rooms, 8 hallway beds, and a secure psychiatric annex
• Operate and troubleshoot department equipment including LUCAS device, Hotline Rapid Infuser, Alaris infusion pumps, Pyxis medication systems, and ultrasound for IV access
• Follow policy-based emergency protocols for initial patient care, including ordering labs, EKGs, x-rays, and administering medications per standing orders
• Maintain typical patient ratio of 4:1 with flexibility during acute surges; prioritize patient safety and triage in high-volume situations
• Adhere to dress and safety standards (scrubs required; no hooded shirts or sweatshirts)
