Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Manchester, NH (03102)

Travel ER Registered Nurse (ER RN) – 13-week night-shift contract in Manchester, NH (03102). Immediate opportunity for experienced Emergency Department (ED) nurses to join a busy, fast-paced trauma and acute care team.

• Location: Manchester, NH 03102 (Manchester healthcare jobs, New Hampshire nursing jobs)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910 - $2010 per week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 6, 2026 – July 6, 2026)
• Start Date: April 6, 2026
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour nights)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse, On-Site (Travel ER RN, Emergency Department RN)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience (ED nurse, trauma, acute care)
• Active New Hampshire RN license required at submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Strong critical thinking, triage, and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced ED setting
• Proficient with medical terminology and electronic medical records

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with cardiac, trauma, stroke, sepsis, psychiatric, and other acute conditions
• Perform and assist with ED procedures: trauma management, stroke protocols, laceration repair, orthopedic trauma care, ultrasound-guided IV (U/S IV), IO insertion, eye exams, EKGs, and cardiopulmonary support
• Work collaboratively with charge RNs, ED techs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in the Emergency Department
• Operate and monitor ED equipment including Lucas Device, Hotline Rapid Infuser, Alaris pumps, and Pyxis
• Document timely, accurate patient care using Sunrise/Allscripts EMR and follow department protocols and clinical guidelines
• Demonstrate motivated, creative problem-solving and a patient-centered approach to care
