Job Opportunity – Emergency Department RN – New Hampshire

Start Date: April 6, 2026
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other weekend required; 4:1 patient ratio with flexibility during acute surge situations

Highlights:

• High-acuity 25-bed Emergency Department plus 4-bed secure psychiatric annex and 8 hallway beds utilized 24/7
• Diverse case mix including trauma, stroke, cardiac patients from regional heart institute, DKA, sepsis, and psychiatric care
• Protocol-driven care model allowing RNs to order labs, EKGs, x-rays, and medications based on chief complaint
• Advanced equipment including ultrasound IV placement, Lucas Device, Hotline Rapid Infuser, and Alaris pumps
• EMR:
  Sunrise/Allscripts system
• Collaborative team environment with 88 combined staff members across all roles

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary team members
• Proficiency with ultrasound-guided IV insertion and EKG interpretation preferred
• Demonstrated adaptability, dependability, and punctuality
