InpatientEHS.ICU.Registered Nurse.
$15,000 Sign On bonus paid in 3, 6, and 12 months $15,000 Bonus eligible Experienced Registered Nurse ICU.
We AreThe Intensive Care Unit is a 16-bed unit with an average census of 12 patients. We are comprised of roughly 50 employees with Nurse-to-Patient Ratios of 1:2 (1:1 for CRRT and balloon pump care) with 2 LNA on days and 1 LNA on nights. The typical patient population consists of adults 17 & older with the following conditions: trauma, respiratory, surgical, neuro, sepsis, ARDS, and pulmonary.
Aboutthe Job
The ICU Registered Nurse delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patient and families. Practices in a manner consistent with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model; the ANA’s Social Policy Statement, Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Nursing Code of Ethics; and relevant specialty standards of practice.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required.
- Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
- ACLS preferred.

- Work Shift:
nights 7p-7a With every other weekend rotation.
