Are you a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 8 years of experience and a passion for community-centered healthcare? • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and have completed an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Connecticut licensure.
• Ability to provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative environment.
• Eligible to obtain DEA and state narcotic registration.
• Deep knowledge of nursing theory and practice or physician assistant theory and practice, with a record of providing high-quality, comprehensive, professional clinical care according to established standards, protocols, and practices.
• Preferred: 8 years’ experience working in an ambulatory setting or providing urgent care.

Full-time, day shift: $135,000 - $161,000 per year based on experience.
