Pediatric Elementary School Nurse; LPN - Manchester, Hampshire

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
• Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or 1:1 care highly valued
• Comfortable with ADL support, toileting, and assisting with seizures
• Compassionate and attentive to detail, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to assist with schoolwork and engaging positively with students

• Provide 1:1 nursing and personal care for a middle schooler, from 6:45am to 3:00pm, including bus supervision
• Monitor for and respond to seizure activity, administer medications as needed, and ensure student safety at all times
• Aid with activities of daily living (ADLs), toileting, and general mobility support
• Offer encouragement and assistance with school assignments throughout the day
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with educational staff and healthcare providers
