Job  | Direct Hire Nurse Practitioner Role in Hartford, Connecticut. Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is partnering with a healthcare organization to hire a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (FNP or PNP) who serves underrepresented children in Hartford, Connecticut.

• Provide advanced healthcare for infants through young adults, focusing on wellness, growth, and illness management, including physicals, exams, diagnosing conditions, and managing chronic illnesses.
• Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver primary care commensurate with training to patients.
• Deliver care appropriate for an outpatient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population.

• Current, active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice.
• Board Certified as an FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) or PNP (Pediatric Nurse Practitioner).
• Strong, recent experience in Pediatrics.
• DEA licensure or ability to obtain DEA licensure.
• Relevant Master’s degree.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Salary ranges from $103,000 to $160,000, based on experience, skills, and internal factors.
• Strong benefits and generous PTO.

• Monday through Friday schedule; no weekends or evenings.
