Per Diem Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner
Elliot Health System (EHS) in New Hampshire’s Queen City of Manchester is currently seeking a per diem Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Behavioral Health team.
Responsibilities include collaborating with a team of 3 psychiatrists, 6 PMH-APRNs, 6 therapists, and 1 behavioral health case manager to provide outpatient psychiatric care across a network of 19 primary care offices. The role supports clinical care continuity within our integrated Epic EMR system and supports future growth within the department. Interest in geriatrics is a plus.
