Elliot Health System (EHS) in New Hampshire’s vibrant Queen City of Manchester is seeking a Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our established LevelIII Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Our 34‑bed private and semi‑private unit focuses on family‑centered care and offers developmental screening, nutritional counseling, LS, PT/OT/SLP. We also provide a regional neonatal transport program, high‑frequency ventilation, high‑frequency jet ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, whole‑body cooling, and a NICU follow‑up program.

Subspecialty programs supporting the NICU include pediatric surgery, pediatric anesthesia, pulmonary, neurology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, nephrology, and developmental‑behavioral pediatrics, as well as an active high‑risk MFM service.

Elliot Health System provides 24/7 in‑house neonatology coverage with dedicated call‑room space available for our NNP team. Our NICU participates in the Vermont Oxford Network and Team STEPPS to ensure the best patient outcomes. In working collaboratively with our neonatology team you will have the opportunity to create, implement and coordinate a plan of care for each high‑risk newborn. Throughout the care and education with the patient's parents and family, the care of each newborn will be a highly rewarding experience.

Minimum Requirements
  • Skilled in delivery room management, PIV, umbilical lines, lumbar punctures and endotracheal intubations.
  • Board certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
  • Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Eligible for a New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Eligible for a Federal DEA Certificate.
Work Shift

As needed.
