Position Overview
Elliot Health System’s Center for Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a team of wound care providers. This Monday through Friday 40‑hour position includes inpatient rounding, hospital, and office hours.
Responsibilities- Inpatient rounding, hospital and office nursing via a 1:4 call rotation.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other staff to assess, treat and educate wound patients.
- Perform telephone evaluation and triage for patients.
- Expand and implement instructional programs to match patient needs.
- FNP with minimum of 2+ years RN experience and 2 years NP experience.
- Experience in general surgery, wound care or ostomy strongly preferred.
Position based in Manchester, New Hampshire.
